Does anyone know any books about Mughals that talk about their effect on Buddhism

Buddhism was annihalated before the advent of mughals i believe.

In most parts of India perhaps, but probably not in the NE parts of hte country nor Ceylon.

What kind of effect did they have on Buddhism? I had a look on Wikipedia (never to be considered a reliable source mind you) and the article on the Mughal Empire didn't mention Buddhism.

Even then its stupid as buddhism was almost non-existant in india by then. You can't influence something that doesn't exist.

I still don't see any actual effect the Mughals had on Buddhism, just Muslim monuments built out of Hindu and Buddhist temples.
