Do anyone of you guys know what song might have that?
It's supposed to be for a demonstration for a group of Japanese guys (1 of them is my friend) and they will do their own made self defense demonstration on the music.

It should be kinda spiritual but also upbeat and japanese sounds in it.

So if anyone could help me out by giving titles or samples I would greatly appreciate that.

Anyways, I always like that song from Tekken 5 : "Ka-En-No-Mai" It's not techno or trance, but it has good traditional beat with strings/flute that is fast....good for a swordfight or something.....

There's always those Killer Instinct 1 and 2 stages for the character "Jago" You can find those on limewire. They are kinda techno'ish...there are remixes too....

What about that song from DDR : Tsugaru (Apple Mix) It has strings that are REALLY fast....and a techno'ish beckground to it and it just gets faster and faster towards the end.

Shiet, that's all I can think of...I don't listen to too much music like this...I just heard these from games.....anyone know any, I'd like to check em out....

To be more specific in what I'm searching for.
It's for a martial art demonstration where no voices should be in.
It should have some up beat stuff cause there will be action in the demonstrations and some spiritual stuff.
And the japanese instruments.

But the problem is they all have singing.

There are many good Japanese artists. I just finished listening to Morning Musume's "Sexy Boy"...it's pop.

i highly doubt that ayumi's song from InitialD fits a self defence scene.

but a really good plan would to play a final fantasy battle theme and mock play a final fantasy turn based battle. lol. so gey.

but the kids on youtube make it look so fun!
