What happened? It's like there is a river between us now and its getting wider and wider as the days go by..memories are getting washed away as the torrents become stronger and faster...soon we will only see each other as tiny specks standing on faraway shorelines...

What happened to the old days? We would be standing on the same bank and talk all the time for hours and hours...pouring secrets, picking each other's brains and freely discussing our private lives...forgetting significant neccesities such as sleep.

Maybe it's time to move on...i understand this world is bizarre and friendships come and go...but we used to have such happy moments together (well at least for me they were happy moments) I really trusted u and I still do and I respect and admire u more than you can imagine. U've really grown strongly on me. You're everything a guy would want in a girl and in different circumstances I would have wanted to be with you.

I don't want to end our friendship but right now I feel that you're very uninterested in being friends with me. Yeah I've noticed that you're hanging out with your new, older and cooler friends now. I definitely do not want to lose you but I have this hanging feeling inside of me that our friendship is slowly breaking down...slowly crumbling...the infrastructure is dissolving and about to collapse. We don't talk anymore and when we do its always awkward and hesitant. It's like you feel uncomfortable when you talk to me and you often leave me stranded without a clear answer. (which drives me nuts I admit) At times I've tried to contact you but all you do is laugh, say hi and walk away, leaving me standing alone and feeling dejected in the shadows.

I know its partially my fault and you have every right to be upset at me but I don't want you to ignore me. I admit I've become a lot colder, nastier and more cynical and trust me, I really hate how much I have changed. I used to be so nice and friendly but certain events have really toughened me up and shown me the nasty side of life. If you plan to ignore me then I would like you to forget me forever because there is nothing worse in this world than a so-called 'trophy friendship,' or a conversation left hanging in the empty void...
