I read some of the heated/inflame thread closed but still readable.

I also notice some situation wasn't intentionally inflame but due to human nature, emotion and mood thing get ugly. This may cause further negative thoughts and comments for new members

Please participate in voting, I'm sure Ben and other mods are open to suggestion. Honestly i didnt fully read thru the T&C, it might be the T&C that thread will not be deleted but closed only.

i think it depends la. if the thread is really stupid and pointless then maybe delete la. but if its potentially constructive then maybe just close.

Well I personally try to use some judgement.
I'll avoid deleting a thread which has numerous pages and has something worthwhile to be read about in there.
