Fair enough.

But if she's obsessed and can't be moved by the rest of the numbers, her standards are too idealistic and will be hard to find in real life a man with all those qualities. .

Actually other than the first one, her list sounds alot like mine.

I wouldn't say she's picky at all compared to some standards that are set by ugly, annoying, stupid guys that think they deserve gorgeous, smart, caring women.

As long as she knows what she can and can't get, it should be fine.
