I'm going to Singapore in a few weeks. Any places you guys would like to suggest?

If u are a gourmand, Singapore is the city to explore. Take a stroll through Chinatown, there's some good wine bars and restaurants there on Club Street. For some high energy dance clubs, try Attica at the Clark Quay. The Mohamed Sultan Road is another area where clubs and bars are located. For some hawker food, try Newton Circus.

As a tourist, Singapore is not as exotic as other asian cities. You'd be forgiven if u think you've landed on Vancouver island.

You can do a day trip to Malaysia by crossing over to Johor Bahru and be amazed by the contrast. Alternatively, take a ferry from World Trade Center to neighboring Batam island and enjoy Indonesian hospitality, better still try Bintan island beaches. That'll probably let u understand Singapore and its frenetic pace better. Have a nice stay in my Singabloodypore.

I would like to visit Singapore someday, when I have the time and money.
