Does Japan have any sitcoms?
Anything similar to Korea's Nonstop series?

i don't like korea's sitcoms~~it's silly and arid~~~it always been the heroine get the cancer or the hero get a traffic accident...
the course and the end is know without watch~

but the japan's sitcoms is good.
the well know is "one litre of tears"~~~
it's sad and full of family-love~~~~it's best

A sitcom and drama are very different... A sitcom is more like a comedy and has many episodes.
You are talking about dramas.
