Famous foreigners in the spotlight in India (as opposed to foreigners primarily famous in their native countries)...are there any?
Prince Siddhartha and Mother Teresa are the first names that come to mind.
There's that actress Yana Gupta.
If you want to count the half-breeds, some of the "Indian" celebrities have a non-Indian parent.

The half-breeds are Dino Morea (Italian Father), Diya Mirza (German father), Lisa Ray (Polish mother) and more that I can't think of.
