Nono..hes there to sale some war shrines. Warring terrotories such as Israel, Lebanon, Gaza and Syria are big markets for war shrines. Looks like hes there just in time.
The Israelis are used to fighting well-motivated, but half-trained civilians. Similiarity between the Arabs and any of Japan's neighbors end at well-motivated.
