I think this is a step in the right direction and would bring two friendly countries even more close.What's the view of my dear friends.

A boom in cooperation between India and Mongolia in defense is in the making as Indian top Ministers visit Mongolian defense infrastructure.

The Indian delegates headed by the minister [of state] of defence of India, M.M. Pallam Raju, are paying an official visit to Mongolia on 3-6 May. They are guests of the minister of defence of Mongolia, Mr M. Sonompil. On Thursday [4 May], Mr Sonompil received the Indian delegates to talk on expansion of a cooperation in the defence sectors between the two countries, and to sign a cooperation agreement. The visiting delegates were also received by the minister of foreign affairs, Mr N. Enhbold, and then visited the Mongol Soldiers Museum.

Kunomchu I think u should be banned indefinitely for trolling.Pakistan and China have been startegic partners.China is infact developing Gwadar port in Pakistan.Read about the Gwadar port here.

what is your definition of trolling? If you were smart enough, you would have read my statement as China setting up camp in Pakistan to contain India. Lucky for India, China doesn't waste its time with such a ridiculous foreign policy that is useless in today's world of globalization. Good Job!

If India does set up a military base in Mongolia.. how is it going to get its troops there? Through China or Russia?

If India wants to contain China, it will need to develop its relations with Russia.

Well I understand the difficulties involved Santa Klaws.India set up her first overseas airbase in Tajikistan sometime back.It is named Farkhor Air Base.It seems India and Russia will share this Air-Base.

What Chinese military threat? Non-existent my friend, open-up your eyes, in fact, the economies of China and Mongolia are becoming increasingly integrated, it is most likely that Mongolians will opt for full political reintegration into the Chinese polity soon.

It is unwise to fall into the traps laid by hostile powers intent on destroying China so that they can subjuguate Asia again. They have stooges, often former colonial subjects but do not worry, China will bring-about a new golden Age for all Asians.

bad move, China and Mongolia will become closer relations in the near future. I think we need to focus on our SA commrades, everyone but Pakistan of course.

I hope so too brother....but China deceived us in 1962 or was it 1965.I'm all for Indo-Chinese economic co-operation
