nah i mean the people who just came to america they have like staring issues

they stare with a disgusted look on their face as if their @$$ is someone important

oh you mean "FOBs", i usually call them "recently arrived". man its not just vietnamese. Many FOBs from all over Asia are like that.

yeah it's irritating. sometimes it's not bad "staring" but sometimes you can tell the purpose of their stare, esp. those middle aged ones.

uhm so why do they give these kind of stares? happens everytime i walk down the hall and a FOB spots me

i notice they will not make eye contact when you stare bakc at them too
i heard looking str8 in someone's eyes is rude in asian culture
