I have an acoustic squire. Currently looking at Classical Gas and Blackbird.

I need to pick up on strumming techniques. Mainly I only play songs that involve plucking rathar than strumming.

what kind of tuners do you guys have? i have one that you manually blow on, because i hate the eletrical on acoustic it doesn't tune it as good.

Blow on? I just have a regular electronic tuner.

you've never seen one of those? it's like a harmonica where you blow each hole that makes a sound for each string...i'm not that old now am i?

ye i know what ur talking about but not alot of people use that now adays, they now use those digital tuner ones. Me, i only use the 5th string method or the tuner in guitar-pro.. i dont know if u guys know guitar-pro though.

Okay, but there's too many technical problems getting in the way. I rest/anchor my pinky on the 1st string, and that mutes the sound whenever I pluck the 2nd string, so I need to get rid of that. However, it gives my other fingers plucking strength.
