Here in the SF Bay, I see some variety, it's mostly Chinese-American teens though:
Guys:
- sometimes white-T's or black T's, some of the tall-T variety some are fitted, alot of times "I Rep The Bay, Not California" shirts - you can tell they love that hyphy $hit, but most of the time (because it's fu-kin cold up here) black jackets with the SF Giants sign or Northface black jackets
- alot of times, for the "less trendy" ones - hooded sweaters, again Northface variety, awhile ago alot of people be wearing those sweaters with all different kinds of colors and $hit all over - just like the Hispanics and blacks here
- rarely any baseballs cap but if they do wear them, it's again black baseball caps with the SF Giants sign
- blue baggy and saggy pants with blended white-blue spots, or black baggy and saggy pants, depends on the outfit and the color-matching, alot seem to dress like blacks/Mexicans
- black Jordans to match the black SF Giants jacket and baseball cap or sometimes Vans (rare though)
- it seems that alot of guys up here don't comb their hair at all, some seem like they just woke up out of bed or something - might be different out of SF though, cuz I see alot of the slick-backed hairstyle among Chinese/Asians in Oakland
- Northface backpack - this is mandatory it seems, $hit's so popular that sometimes I even see Hispanics or whites sport them
Sometimes though I still see that rice-boy/wanksta/gangsta look of the 90's though, ie

- black jeans, sometimes beige-colored pants/khakis
