Most of us spend sometime here chit chatting without knowing who the other side is or whether the other side is genuine or not. Some come clean and tell all and honest. Sometimes we talk c@ck or bull$hit and have fun with it. I spend considerable amount of time and to be honest, addicted to it.

Why not we use the time that we get to know each other and the resources that everyone else to good use and help fellow forumer in anyway and everyway we can.

I found a club that draws a lot professional in Singapore but they would like remain anonymous...they called themselves the massionate clubs.....I cant recall the exact name but a white guy introduce me to this club and we help each other and help others but would like to remain anonymous. I was a juz a guest at the club and if I can recall correctly but it originates from the UK.....some are wearing the kilks during meetings and stuff. During the tsunami donation drive, I found some of the members doing charitable works for the red cross.

My brother who also works in Singapore has this strong affiliation with his ex-ngee ann polytechnic students. There are about 9 of them and they help each other if any member of the group are in trouble. You cant see them often as they are scattered all over the world and even during xmas or holidays...you hardly see them but when the need arises, the will converge, fly home and meet with each other to discuss the issues or matters at hand and try to help the member which needs help. The spirit of commradeship is amazing.

When I went to the US years ago, I managed to meet up my fellow malaysian students over there. Its interesting to note that each malaysian student has this understanding that wherever there are, they can always call another malaysian in another state of whom they know nothing of them and crash at their place whenever they want. There is always one person to be our host. This is an amazing bond these student have over there.

In light of this, I am proposing that we initiate something like this. This is voluntary and its up to the members. Why not we put the effort and time that we are doing now to good use. Each member do not have to reveal their identity. If I am ricochet, I will be ricochet unless I want to reveal to another party.

This is a good cause....imagine if you are stuck somewhere and you dunno anyone and its good if you have a fellow forumer that you know you can rely upon. Something like....I know mas londoh in amsterdam, mas purnomor in sydney, tangawizi is nairobi.....and the list goes on.

This is not to take for granted or capitalise on any opportunity to USE another member. This is for a good cause in the spirit of BROTHERHOOD or SISTERHOOD.

im just an outsider making a recommendation. You all should make it mandatory for all members to wear this at all times.
