I really can't begin to say all the things going wrong for that "movie" minus whatever plot-line or subject matter they are trying to get across...

this preview might be better. the other preview looked more serious than it actually is. the movie is hysterical. i used to live in fog town where the movie takes place, right next to serra-manila mall. so i think people should see it. it's from the people who made the debut.

highlights of the "Lumpia The Movie" trailer:
- incognito_female speaking at the beginning saying: "It was once written, that in the midst of human chaos and brutality, a hero will rise from the ashes and restore justice upon the land..whoever wrote that mustve been trippin 'cause injustice is still kickin @$$."
- little boy yelling in tagalog
- fat kid going through the gate about to beat up the kids
- kid being chased down by the car hold his cap while running
- WEAK @$$ lookin gangsters questioning the kids
- My personal favorite: Just leave us alone...OKIE!!!
- the kid getting kneed against the locked LOL Instaown
- "run his @$$ over Tyrone!" hahaha
- The girl giving him a dirty look as the camera pans by her hahaha!
- The shoe store scene...just...hahahaha
- The HERO thinking hes bad @$$ eyeing down the gangsters while hes holding the Lumpia like a cig HAHA.
- The hero stuffing the lumpia into the fat kid's mouth hahaha.
- Another WTF scene as the hero is shown punching the fat kid onto of the roof, the fat kid standing there with his arms relaxed looking out at the view
- The guy getting his @$$ kicked while hes on the ground hahaha
- Completely ridiculous scene in the trailer: The girl says "i've had my eye on your for some time, James"
James, being the metrosexual, borderline gay guy he is replies "You liar!" in a completely homosexual tone. HAHAHA.
- Overdone facial expressions by the main villian (bandana boy) towards the end of the trailer "Just remember, I know where you live blood"
- The fact that the hero carries a sack of Lumpia sticks with him HAHAHA. just stop, pls, my stomache...
But uhhh..I like how they meshed so of the effect, even if its a REALLY low budget film. At least you can say they are using what they got and trying. Yep!
