What else can the philippines do to relieve this on going issue? It seems to get worse as the philippines government doesn't seem to take any serious actions about this problem. I mean we can't help all of the millions in poverty just on game shows. Iono the thought seems quite impossible as government officials seem quite hard headed concerning their own pride and wealth.

maybe tax cuts to cooperatives and loans to agricultural unions outside of manila and other popular cities.
