I know there are alot of good spots for Vietnamese Sandwhiches in SF..

Although Im Looking for the best Vietnamese Sandwhich anywhere from Oakland To Vallejo and etc.

I only know of one place in Vallejo that sells them on Sonoma..

any other places in The Bay or around Sac and whatnot?

Huong Lan in Sac is pretty good and sushi at this place called Arigatos on Howe(sac) is good.

Huong Lan in Sac is the best Vietnamese sandwich shop in Sacramento and also the busiest!

check out milpitas and cupertino for chinese stuffs.

east side sj along tully has a great viets stuffs. theres a viet chicken restaraunt on story that i forgot the name to.

ay chung in milpitas square has great taiwanese style food.

Huong Lan sucks. Lee sandwich is opening a few shops in Sacramento and they are going to take most of their customers, lol. Most of the viets in san jose came from the bay, and they know how Huong Lan compares to Lee sandwhich.

In sacramento near the Arden Area... theres a Vietnamese place called Saigon Bay. I believe its on Howe acrosss the street from Red Lobster. That place is very good. I always go there when inm in the Sacramento Area.

on 14th street across the street from the oakland chinatown shopping center, there's a bunch of vietnamese restaurants that have pretty good pho. Vi's was the best, but I think it closed down... don't remember if they had sandwiches there... but in general the vietnamese restaurants there are pretty good.

i just had Pho at Hoa Viet 2 nights ago, that place was garbage. the water tasted like water from japan(not good). pho was.....ALLLright tho...not sayin much.

i dont think huong lan or lee sanwich (beside the bread is good) there are alot better places in san jose ^^ I forgot some of the pho' places name ill right back and i agree pho' hoa is nasty...

The best sandwich place imo is when i use to go back when i was in highschool its by that pho' ga place by story and by lee sandiwch

Tung Kee baby!!!! LOL jk Everyone has their own little preferences. I like those small family restaurants. They're usually really good and people don't really know too much about them. I never remember the names though.

Well, i was gonna reccomend Fuji's...there pretty good. a sushi place in Davis, that the one your talking about. oh and a warning...dont eat at Mikunis, please...they have the whitest japanese food ever. My friends say im biased because Im japanese, but really no...the waiters cant pronounce the names of the food, the food is pretty crappy and it is just NO..

Oh another good one is Tamayas in downtown sac for more japanese food and for chinese food, fortune house, not quite sure where, but near the Sacramento Betsuin BUddhist Church, they are GOOD!
