Full Version: Bhāratiyas/Pakistanis for Kashmiri independence
How many non-Kashmiri's would support the formation of an independent, neutral Kashmiri state that encompasses what was Kashmir at the time of Indo-Pak independence?

i want pakistan and india to unite again to form indian union. kashmir is part of india n will always remain like that.
Gurkhas are the world's fiercest fighters. They even gave the Mongols a run for their money.

Hindus and Muslims can never live together without sectarian violence occurring.
Muslims can't live with anyone without sectarian violence occurring, even themselves. So for all the people who think India and Pakistan should unite, it's just not that easy...
Look how many Muslims were in favor of a Pakistan. Those Muslims who were in favor of a united India had been influenced by Hindus in some way.

No side will be at piece if Kashmir is given to one side and Kashmiris will rebel if their country is torn any more than it is now.
Sure both sides won't be happy, but would they be more unhappy with that or with the other side getting Kashmir?

Dogra King Hari Singh signed over ALL of Kashmir to India.
Pakistan should be glad that they got ANY part of Kashmir.
I don't think Pakistan and India should reunite. However, we should have a Muslim-exhange program.

Kashmir is ours, it always has been, and always will be. And Indepenent Kashmir would become a failed state within monthes. They don't have any economy, or even education systems. Pakistan would likely take over the entire thing. Not to mention, it'd probably become Islamic and lead to Hindu's/Buddhists being cleansed out.
