I search the topic thread and there wasn't any so making
a thread about Japanese poetry...

I enjoy reading poetry books and Haiku is one
of my favorite types of poetry methods but sadly I don't know how...
I try but it's wrong even though I've read how to do it I still get mistake since I havn't tried
Haiku in Japanese or in awhile at that ...
One of my favorite poet is Basho 俳聖 ...

I don't know much about Haiku but I sure want to know more about it...
So come disscuss or post Haiku or your own Haiku either in Japanese or English or whatever just for fun & cracks...
Oh shoot all this time I've been thinking syllables was words no wonder I keep getting it wrong...

Here's my first attempt right now in a long time...

friendship bloomed flowers
even wintry breeze of moon
you just have to crack

I try to write haiku in japanese... It's somewhat difficult..

I like how it sounds in both just depends on what peom...
