Vietnam should put a brake on producing its population. In the next 20-50 year water would be as precious as oil. According to the FIB research, in the future its more likely that countries will fight each other for water.

^Fortunately the Earth is covered in water and modern technology allow for the desalination of salty water.

I think that by 2015 it will surpass 100 millions since the population growth rate doesn't just multiply but increases exponentially.

I don't mind if Vietnam has a population of several hundred millions.
