^^ both phillipines and indonesia are more corrupted than vietnam

Although Vietnam corruption score is better than Philippines and Indonesia, all three of them are still in 2.0 to 2.9 range. This is not good.

Everyone on this list is an ethnic chinese except a few. If Viets didn't kick all the chinese out in the 70's then there'd probably be a few "viet" billionaires by now. But too bad, as a result of this action me thinks you'll have to wait a long time before you'll see a viet billionaire.
