It's just certain characteristics about Indians that make them look appealing to some East Asians and SE Asians, even if they're ugly (bigger eyes, slimmer nose, etc).

Jersey. Well I live in Jacksonville, Florida right now. Not too many Desis here except for Trinis. But I think they are mixed and are somewhat Latinized.

I dunno maybe it's only Guju women. Just about every Guju chick I've met is easy going and conservative.

Jersey is like the epicenter for Desi things. I have might a girl from Suriname I couldn't believe she was Indian at all, because she was so well adjusted.

You know what? Desi guys complain about how conservative Indian girls are, but when they meet a liberal one.....they do a total 180.

This Desi guy that liked me (and I liked him too) was complaining about how uptight and conservative Indian girls are. I asked him if he was liberal, and he said yes. After 2 weeks of conversing with him on the phone, he then told me that only a Sudra (lowest Hindu caste) would want a girl like me, that I'm too "blunt", and that he wanted a submissive wife. WTH? I've seen this happen too many times.

I don't know about guys in India in general, but my friend did say that his cousins in Bombay didn't care about virginity. My cousin also was living with his wife before marriage (obviously they were probably sleeping together). My cousin and his wife are also raised in India.

lol, we do seem to get this asked pretty often. I don't think most Indian girls have anything against Chinese guys, but chances are most won't say that they have preference towards Chinese guys. But bear in mind that we're generalising here, individual girls all have their own opinion.

If you happen to like an Indian girl, go for it man, no point in worrying about what your ethnicity is, many Indian girls will probably be more interested in personality and if they say no because your Chinese, in most cases it won't be because they necessarily have issues with Chinese (other factors like parents may be involved).

As an Indian guy, I can say I've found many Chinese girls attractive, but really ethnicity of a girl usually means little to me.
