I wondered if she have any Khmer blood in her. She look so white in feature and light in skin tone except her eye lids (Chinese). Does she represent Khmer or other ethnic people in Cambodia? It seems that lately the "Stars of Cambodia" or Srok Khmer look nothing like Khmer people they represent at all. I am Khmer and I am very dark. Will somebody enlighten my ignorant mind.

I'm surprised that you haven't realized Khmers nowadays are pretty much mutts. I believe that she is of mixed blood. A pure Han Chinese does not exactly look like her although there are overlaps. Many PP residents and other urban cities do have a lot of Khmer-Chinese/Vietnamese mixes. It's like the norm to be mixed these days. It's funny how people get so suprised when a light skin Khmer person appears as if they aren't normal. Khmers and non-khmers need to stop this preconceived notion that Khmers must be dark-skin to be Khmer.
