Wow, this is really realy crazy. The guy who started this thread must be a KR agent. The invasion of Cambodia in 1978 was fully justified because the KR was making incursions into Vietnam and massacring entire Vietnamese villages. Vietnam drove over 10,000 Chinese advisers from Cambodia. These advisors ran for their lives to Thailand. World public opinion basically gives Vietnam credit for ending the self-genocide that victimized ethnnic Vietnamese living in Cambodians too.

North Korea is also a satelite of the PRC just as the KR was. What next? We are responsible for the famine, human experimentation, and cannibalism of North Korea?

The North Vietnamese were responsible for some mass destructions in Cambodia affecting Cambodian lives as well. They set up the "ho chi minh" trail in Eastern Cambodia to attack S. Vietnam and resulted in American bombings in Eastern Cambodia which took many lives and forced hundreds of thousands to fled to the capital. There are more, but i don't have time right now.

^ Pretty sure they had permission from the KR to run the trail. Vietnam, Cambodia & China were aligned at the time. But more important is that it was America that dropped the bombs. But I do take your point that it was terrible for Cambodia. Besides, Loas was bombed much worse than Cambodia.

P.S. The guy who started this thread could be crazy guy, KR agent, or PRC agent. Who knows?

^I read a recent article that stated Cambodia was bombed worse than what was thought. The degree of destruction was re-assessed when Bill Clinton made a visit earlier this year. I'll post it when I can find it.

I know it is hard for people to let this terrible thread go but let it die on its own worthlesness. The person who started this thread is Khmer Rouge Agent or former Rouge soldier and he had to try to pre-emp the trial that is now taking place in Cambodia for the war crime and genocide. This thread started last year and it should be put to rest. The poster and I have quite an exchange of words; him and I know where we both have been during all those terrible years. If I have a chance to meet him in person I will personally......................you guys can only imagine.
