I put this poll up b/c I'm wondering if there are as many young Asians who are lactose intolerant as the old, btw.

i never had any problems as a kid but recently i found out i have a very mild case of it.

soy is ok, its not the same as regular milk tho. i prefer reg milk with my cookies

I used to drink milk like crazy when I was a kid.. No problems whatsoever. . Now, if I drink milk alone, it gives me cramps and gas . I can drink milk but I need to eat something with it or else I get the usual symptoms of lactose intolerance.

In small amounts I can drink milk. Once I drank a jug of milk in a hour and I got pretty sick. You know, milk with banana taste....so good.
