Buryadai
Recently I have found in the Internet that Russian military had exploded 10 kiloton strong bomb (half as strong as Hiroshima bomb) in Irkutsk region close to Buryat areas. It is the $hittiest thing ever. Area is affected significantly as forest in the vicinity of the undergruond explosion turned yellowish and underground waters contain Plutonium and other radioactive and heavy elements.
In another Buryat area also in Irkutsk region military had tested bombs even after 1958 ban of nuclear bomb tests. All this nuclear-toxic $hit was buried under ground just right to Buryat rural settlements.

Nuclear test was held on 31 July 1982 and was cold 'Rift-3 test'. Militaries had dig up a 800m tube only 7 km far from Buryat village of Borokhal. Militaries closed the area and ordered the population of the nearby village to stay and wait at the local voleyball playgrounds. madgo.gif
