Thailand already is investing in Myanmar--as they are rich in riverine power--which Thailand will take advantage of--since our energy consumption has risen in the ranks.
Other than that--our relationship has been vis a vis through economic means.

It is quite delicate issue when talkinf about Thailand and Myanmar relationships.
Many thais still see Myanmar as enemies.
Some myanmar people still thinking that Phuket belong to them.
Nevertheless, I think Thailand engaing Myanmar is a constructive policy.
