Pegawai negeri Indonesia nampak betul PEMALAS dan tidak Profesional......
h0me_al0ne
Pegawai Negeri kantoran like corrupting work time. start to work at 10 am and go home at 3 pm. I used to watch on TV news, some pegawai negeri kantoran got caught while they were shopping at the mall, in the time they should be in the office. nono.gif

I think they don't deserve to get pension fund, except TNI and teachers.

No problem to be MALAS. They never can get fired.

Indonesian civil service is akin to unemployment dole benefit in Western countries. Although Indonesian civil servants already numbered more than 3 million, the govt continue hiring new ones although they have no real job description, just to keep people from being unemployed.

Ya happened in Malaysia too. Used to happen in Victoria as well, then Jeff Kennet came in and got rid of everyone.

3 million not that many though, or is it? Indonesia is a country of 700 million people and with areas of civil unrest need more soldiers and police along with medical personel then would otherwise be necessary.

Some corrections, Indonesian civil servants amount to four million people servicing 250 million Indonesians. I agree we should recruit more soldiers and police instead of giving out salaries to people who need not do any job (makan gaji buta). Not because there is "civil unrest", but because we have one of the lowest soldier per population or police per population ratio in the world.

Ya sorry Indo is 250 Million, India is 700 million. I wasn't aware that Indo had one of the lowest ratios of soldiers to civilians in the world. Learn somethng new.
Its a difficult question though, in Indo, since there is no "dole" if there is too high unemployment, it would lead to civil unrest. To me its a balance and a difficult one at that, difficult to be critical off as well.

India´s population is 1.000.000.000+. But indeed we have only +/-310.000 soldiers. Tidak cukup untuk negara sebesar Eropa. And our PNS has to be more efisien and berdisiplin. Maybe we have to cut their gaji, and give them bonus kalau hasil pekerjaan mereka bagus.
haqine
This is why i didn't want to be PNS, coz don't have anything to do.
But not if you're teacher of PNS, they're deserve more than another PNS biggthumpup.gif

i dont know bout others...but in my university ( goverment university ) yup, they are very lazy. or example, Im asking for my transkrip ( kumpulan nilai gue dr semestewr 1 sampe skrg ). And for that I have to pay Rp.5000. Ok, I dont mind with it. I apply at 12 September 2006, until now the transkrip hasnt been done. And everytime i pass the computer sector, they dont do anything.
