I came across some interesting cook books
AND decided to post this topic out of curiosity....
Well here are my questions:
1* can you cook Khmer's food if so name them and also its roots or cooking origins/who invented it...
2* Anyone here knows the history behind Khmer Cooking technique and also style....? am carious
3* What style of taste or Khmer food do you like, for example........ do you like the city ingredients or ways, or do you like the country side ingredients better.........
NOTE: Ingredients and the procedure or items used to make each meals, desert or drinks differ according to the location of which you born in..... which part of Khmer's are you or your ancestor came from determines the flavours of each unique dish....
