I will be sending a greeting card to someone in Mactan Island Cebu. I want it to contain money also. I would be sending some form of American currency. What are my optoins on this? Another question is would this person be happy to recieve $50 American dollars?

just send the money thru a filipino money remittance store and the greeting card by mail.

quite simple really. just by a magazine and stick the card and $50 bill in between the pages. some use some carbon paper.. i dunno, i think its used to hide or make the cash undetected or something like that.
