Both side of my family came from the imperial city of Hue but I was born in Dong Nai.

My mom's great grandfather is chinese
i don't know much about my past, but all i know is i'm born here from vietnamese parents and grandparents .. well maybe my dad's parents are half chinese but i don't even know XD

It surprises me that they're more Vietnamese Americans here than Vietnamese.
But then, its not that big of a surprise because of the way alot of people act on here.
Vietnamese Americans are sometimes ignorant and many just assume anyone come from Vietnam must either have gone through oppression or are rich kids of officials; and that vietnam is still very communist which is bad bad bad
