That's what my maternal grandma's older sister did. When my maternal grandma and my maternal grandpa got married, she moved in with them and helped raise their kids to adulthood including my mother. My maternal grandma was wonderful, but she would start fights with her older sister and her husband, which whe should often lose, and she would cry up a storm

There was no question that she was the one who wore the pants in my maternal grandpa's household

My maternal grandma, her older sister, and my maternal grandpa lived together as a household until they each died.

does anyone know "Thoại Khanh Châu Tuấn"?
That story is about a young woman. She takes care of her old mother in law when her husband goes to the capital to compete with other outstanding scholars in the country. He wins the competition and becomes a high ranked official and also wins the heart of a princess. Thoại Khanh stays home and waits for him for years but he doesn't come back. Then something happens to her to their house (I forgot what happened). Then something else happens and someone tells something to her husband that makes him suspect that she has been disloyal to him (I forgot this part also). But I remember the most striking part. After years in waiting with no news from him, partly miss him partly worry for him, she decides to go to the capital to look for him, taking her mother in law with her. They go for months. The mother is old and sick, and when she almost dies, Thoại Khanh cuts her own flesh and cook it to serve her mother. (They ran out of food and drink).
I forget half of the story. does anyone know the full story?

Beautiful, this is why we should not let feminism spread to our country.
