I agree. There are plenty of beautiful Khmer women qualified to stage in the pageant. I just couldn't decipher what was the purpose of pointing out that she doesn't represent Khmer people as if she lacks "Khmer" qualities.

This is probably sound bias,But what I'm trying to say is : she NOT pretty enouf to represented khmer,I don't care how smart she is, the audience don't know that,we can't judge by looking at her able to tell that she finish college,smart, blah,blah, you know the rest. I'm not dissing my own people,just the fact.

I'm with you. She is not that attractives. Most of the women from my family have way better looking face than her. Although she stood at 173cm and that is tall. She never won any Miss Cambodia competition. She was a model for Sopor Fashion and went on to China to compete for Miss Asia tourism. It is good to have Cambodia in the Miss world competition.Although it is not fair to the rest of the Khmer women.
