White americans are obsessed with white teeth,european whites and other races donot care about white teeth.
Middle East people are obsessed with "Allah" this and "Allah" that,no other races on this planet cares about "Allah".
Blacks are obsessed with sport shoes,no other races on this planet cares about sport shoes!!
All whites are obsessed with the idea of an "ideal man" or what they call a "real man",no other race on this planet cares about what a "real man" is or is not!!!
Anyway whites idea of the "ideal man" or what they call a "real man" is a male that is intimidating,egotistical and lustful.
A race of small numbers living with a race of large numbers,
usually the race of small numbers are influenced by the ideas,mentalitys and cultures of the race of large numbers.
A minoriety race living with a majoriety race,the minoriety race will be influenced by the mentality,culture of the majoriety race.

People grow up in different cultures and it affects their views and outlooks on life this is true but just because many people act that way doesnt mean that ALL of them do... Why did you say ALL? I myself am white and dont think of my ideal man having those qualities you speak of as a matter of fact i know a lot of people who are different races that think of what you listed as an "ideal man" and no they have not been a minority in a majority of whites
sure the majority of any race might appear that way because its the way the media presents them and people feed off of it - it also includes that a culture would have similar beliefs BUT inside that culture not everyone is raised the same even inside the races If you are a certain race it doent mean your nessacarily fitting of the stereotype which many set up

Right on, Lazy. This is one of the most ignorant posts on this site. These are over reduced and simplified racial stereotypes. And very poor ones at that. The poster needs to learn a bit more about other people and his own race before posting up such a topic. I think blacks are driven by a bit more than sports shoes. Many of the American political and social figures are black and many of the influential world leaders are black. If they are driven by sports shoes, then why isn't Africa filled with sports shoes? All Africans and blacks would wear only sports shoes as that would be the peak of their culture. However, many Africans don't wear sports shoes. They don't even wear shoes at all. If they were driven to obtain as many sports shoes as possible, how is it that many Africans don't wear them? Wouldn't that make most of Africa a big group of failures?
The same rings true with all the other arguments. White teeth and the alpha male are not what drives white Americans. If it were that way, all white Americans would be white teethed alpha males, even the women. They would all be aggressive, self centered, egocentric people driven only by their white teeth and quest to put others down. America would be filled with the violence and dental care products if that were the case. Stores would mostly sell teeth whiteners and macho things like weapons, stereos and really big trucks or performance cars. There would be no market for economical cars or little cute cars or concept cars since 78% of the American population would only buy macho alpha male stuff and teeth whiteners.

That, however, is true, in some respect. Most people will fall into the dominant culture of their area. I have. I am American. And I will always be American, NOT CHINESE. I was born here, I was raised here, I will die here. I am American in thought, action, and words. I will defend my country to the death even against China. It's the same with a lot of other people. To live in an oppressive country like China is worse than death to me, even though it is my ancestral home and a place of great awe and inspiration. But, it is also the effort of the members of the minority race to keep their culture and practices. It is not a burden but a privilege that you are different from the white American who has no idea what his or her background is. Many of them have more ethnicities than they have white teeth.

the first time i read the post, i didn't know what to make out of it. i like having white teeth, buying good sports shoes and do believe in 'allah' (except i call him God), does that mean that i am a black/white/middle eastern person?
the last two paragraphs of the post to some extent i do believe, coz i'm an asian living in a place where the western society is a big influence, and i do adopt some of their cultures. but note that i do not adopt all of their attitudes and values! i still take off my shoes at the door...
oh yeah and what do you mean by putting the topic as 'irritating cultures'? if it means what i think it means, then i am going to give you a- and a
