Because of my worldly view I believe that a good politician does not always have to wear a pant.

No. Cong Tang Ton nu and Cong Huyen are children and grandchildren of prince. Daughters of the emperor's original title is "Hoang nu" and then as they gets older, their official title will change to [insert here] Cong Chua
