Have you done shabu? if so what are your thoughts? did you like it?
no i havent done shabu... besides... shabu is man made... try marijuana... its God who made Marijuana(its a weed sp therefore its a natural creation)... so who would u trust? god or man...?

drugs sux. alcohol sux. cigs and tobacco sux. death to all health killers. eat ur fruits and vegetables and eat meat sparingly. drink healthy drinks such as juice, water and milk. thats the way to go. trust me, science proves it and u live longer.

id put it in the meat category. i dunno about rice. but i kno rice do make u stronger. i feel energized when i eat rice before i work out.
try it. it works for me.
