I saw it and it was ok, I'm pretty certain its based on the anime Basilisk.

Saw it...and thought it was no good. It started out ok, but the plot is just way too simple, overdone. I guess I just don't like Yukie Nakama in any of her movies/dramas.
Joe Odagiri, though is always good. (except this movie)

I was expecting a neat movie with real Ninjas and swordfighting etc.


It was more like X-men with mutant "ninjas". The fights and special effects were well done, but it was too outrageous...like cartoon fighting come to life....that and everyone dies right away and the movie just ends. Way too short. $hitty ending.

It just looked nice and definitely had potential to be a cool movie. Alot of people liked it though.

Anyways I watched that movie and was irrevocably dissapointed.

It was okay. It was entertaining. Not spectacular though.

the movie was..some what..lame..i mean the story line...it some what of too predicatable..but it was pretty cool..the characters and their powers and the setting was nice too..

i mean, if they couldnt make it intresting action or love wise, they coud've gone the comedic route but nooo, they had to do the gay flying, unlimited daggers, super long cable arms and the capillary busting eye-stare.....

Thank God i cant understand Japanese otherwise i might ive gotten even more bored from the dialogue...
