Basically it goes one region claims to have some kind of special characteristic i.e. prettiest girls and another region laughed at them cause they can do better. Then the last phrase is "Japanese claim to be human beings" and "all the pigs in the world laughed."

And there's always the phrase "watashi wa sayonara" which doesn't make sense at all. Mean but funny lol.

^Awesome interpretation. China isn't really seeking revenge of any sort. It's just some random song a guy made up and put onto the internet and became internet popular culture. Like that "numa numa" song with the crazy fat guy singing.

That part says:
Yunnan people say their land is high in altitude, Tibet people laugh.
Tibet people say they have a lot of cultural relics, Shaanxi people laugh.

Basically, it is about one region in China being better than another region at one thing with the ultimate punchline being pigs are better than the Japanese when it comes to being human.

The parts about the regional differences are cleverly written although the japanese bashing is distasteful.
They should cut out the pig and cut out the last few lines of the cartoon.
