that aside,if you're a soul who's kind and helpful enough, you could be a good samaritan by just spreading the word of the event across the bond of friends or even the globe itself,be it in reality.the great web itself, other forum(s),interested parties,DevianArt members, etc.

last but not the very least just yet, hesitate and hassle not to contact any of the three above for more important, informational and reliable resources that'll be handy or pay a visit to http://www.geocities.com/pinkhibiscuspenang
[A word of advice,do not ever expect the most out of anything from the website just yet for it's still under great development as time passes-by from now-and-on]

And how many of us live in Penang and give a flying fu-k again? confused.gif
I really feel sorry for Japan where 99% of the foriengers will pay attention to its traditional culture and traditions ONLY after being exposed to its pop culture. Poor Japanese.

And dressing up as your favorite anime/manga/videogame character is definite proof you have mental issues.
Bye.

You betcha..... icon_wink.gif
Oh just admit it, lots of SE Asian love Japan. But in recent years we start to love Korea too.
Two years ago there's a big Jakarta Matsuri celebration in Jakarta, Indonesia.
The event almost the same as the one that Penang have.

Japanese and Indonesian helding Jakarta's Omikoshi (portable wooden temple) along the field in Senayan and later in National Monument.
Japanese food fest: onigiri, sushi, and takkoyaki.
Taiko (Japanese drum) performance, Japanese Anime and Manga exhibition.
Manga drawing class, Cosplay, Ikebana, Paper doll, etc.
Japanophile everywhere....
Oh yes...., most of Indonesian are not that vengeful over WWII issue. icon_neutral.gif
