talking about Vietnam money, the "director" of Vietnam Bank is taking the heat not only about the Mansion he was going to get for dirt cheap but the deal he made with the Australian for polymer money.
5% polymer money printed with errors got out in circulation, ink does not stayed on money unless futher works on it, it thought to be counterfeit-free but there are great amount of counterfeit money in circulation. Australia sold printers and trained techncians but papers are to be brought from Australia so its an expensive deal for Vietnam. Many people think that Vietnam brought printers that are 15 years behind current technology thats why its poorly printed and easily counterfeited. Again, this guy won't resign. also, his son owns a money printing company BankTech. is this a conflict here???
