I must start out by saying,I am a African American male.I am not mixed with any Asian or anything like that.
I have been fortunate to travel to many country's,namely China,Viet Nam to be specific.All in all both countries are beautiful .I did enjoy my self in both countries.The thing you must know,I experienced racism in both couturiers.I experienced people who where willing to help me and show me around.The only reason I mention this is,where ever you go you are bound to experience some people who are opposed to your skin,culture beliefs or religion.
I don't really get to upset about what many people say on this board,the reason being from travel I have learned that the root of most of these opinions is not stupidity but ignorance.As I traveled throughout the countrysides of China and Viet Nam, to this very day beliefs and cultures still stand,regardless of how wrong they are.With the way things are withheld from the citizens in countries
such as China and VN,people are sometime held ignorant without knowing.I am not trying to slander China or VM,I am simply expressing what I have observed in the two countries.
As I read posts on this board it is appalling, some of the statements that are made about African Americans or (AFA).I think in one post a Asian female stated that,AFA ppl have no culture.This goes back to what I said about not having the opportunity of getting out of there corner of the world,or having very limited access to the world around them so to speak.
The only thing I would caution people,more specifically Asians as it pertains to this forum.You can not generalizes a race of ppl.Asians of all people should know this.If I were to say that all Asians are nerds,or Asians can't see very well due to slanted eyes.Are all Asian females prostitutes,are Asian men not attractive to most cultures.The lesson we learn which is not a new one,generalizations are bad.I know judgment is a part of the human response to our surroundings.Next time you meet someone try having a open mind you might just learn something new about a culture or someone in general.What would people assume about you and your culture based upon myth?

on the other hand, my comment about Jazz and dave chapelle shows they have good mental capacity. Jazz is an extremely difficult form of music to play, in alot of ways, harder than classical. not only do they have to have good technical skills but also memorize an extremely long chord sequence to improvise to.

Athletics is not just physical either. Soccer players actually have to learn many plays and tactics for years to be good. There's strategy involved in sports as well.

Austronesian refers to Malayan Ethnicity and their native culture and language, we are the dominate inhabitants of the western islands of the Malay archipelago. hence the whole island chain is generally known as our archipelago. but it does not mean we are the only inhabitants. The eastern islands are inhabited mainly by Austroliod ppl to which you refer. In those islands they are known as Papuans.

Vietnamese speak a Mon-khmer language, this language family is casifed as an Austro-Asiatic language. Just because it is called Austro- doesnt mean they are related to Austroliods. because again Austr- is a prefix that merely means "South."

China(along with India) are the only places in the world besides Europe to have a native classical music system(seperate from folk music), China has its own seperate Orchestral, chamber ensemble and solo instrumental music.

Chinese Orchestras have over twenty TYPES of Chinese instruments and 40 instruments total.

people like Peng Xiu Wen arranged pieces that are thousands of years old for the modern Chinese Orchestra as well as arranged pieces by western composers like Stravinsky, Mussorsgy, etc

i never said they were Han but they practice more Han customs and culture than any minority.
