I find that hard to believe that TBZ or Teriyaki Boys is the only gang in Japan people here have heard of.

I'm intertesed in finding out street gangs in Japan-in Tokyo, and all the other major cities in Japan. I've seen mention of Japanese gangs on the web-but I haven't seen any names of any. Do you know the names of any names of these gangs?
The closest thing I could find on the web about Japanese gangs is something called "Tokyo Tribes."

omg gangs COOOOL i like japanese gangs. we only have like five gangs where i live and two of my friends are part of a girl one (they're really violent and theyr'e called The GB's (gansta b!tches) or something they are so out of it but for some reason it attracts me i heard there initiations were preety bad though like being pummeled first robberies,stealing stuff or sexually initiated my friend's like join its so much better then being at home coz most of them ran away from home or where kicked out and stuff i know for a fact my friend's beaten by their dads or theit alcoholics of course if my dad ever found out i hang out with such pppl he's kick me out of the house
