i remember this ifugao, he looked like one he didn't look igorot. he was one of those who went and banged the gong in front of your house and you're suppose to give money to. i felt sorry for him. cuz he's wearing his traditional outfit in manila he looked so outta place and pretty much begging for money.i wonder how he got down there. i don't remember if he could speak pretty good tagalog but i think he was kinda inosente looking.

Actually, the first mayors of Baguio were not Filipino natives. They were whites (Americans, Canadians).
