Im sure most of you have cell phones so why not protect it with a homemade screen protector?
Its super easy and cheap… thats if you have clear tape in your house; not the small scotch tape
but the large box sealing tapes. Make sure before you start that the screen is clean of oil or small
particles of anything.

You will need a roll of clear tape, razor, razr =D or anything with a screen that you want to
protect, water (which is in star wars cup), and dish cleaning soap.

Step One

IPB Image
Add two or three drops of soap into the cup of water and mix.

Step Two

IPB Image
Put a dab or two of the soap/water solution onto the screen, then spread it around the screen.
Try your best to get rid of the white bubbles. Do not wipe the soap/water solution off.
The solution makes it easier to get rid of the air bubbles under the tape.

Step Three

IPB Image
Put a strip of tape on the screen and then press against the screen like crazy>=] to get rid
of the air bubbles. Make sure the tape touches the outside part of the screen (in this picture, the silver
part of the razr) so it wont move when you cut the the tape.

Step Four

IPB Image
Cut the outline of the screen. Some devices has small gaps between the screen and the body so
it will guide your razor. If it does not have a gap then use a ruler to guide the razor.
Make sure your cutting it slowly and lightly. When your done then pull off the outside scraps slowly..

Step Five

IPB Image

Let it dry for an hour or two =D and then your done.. =D

I don't think those kind of tape hold up well under sunlight. They're also kind of a pain to remove when they have been in the sun too long because of the residual they leave behind.

Then dont leave it in the sun. Put it in your pocket then.. A dab of soap, water, and a little effort of rubbing can get the residue off.
