"Dragon Capital's Vietnam Drive Brings Investors an 88% Return

Oct. 26 (Bloomberg) -- When Dominic Scriven first came to Vietnam in 1990, the country had no stock exchange. Today his company, Dragon Capital, manages $860 million of assets that include shares in more than half of the companies on Vietnam's six-year-old stock market. And he's beating that market. The company says it is the biggest investor on the Southeast Asian nation's exchange after the government."
