The lady sounded Chaldean to me. But when she used caaan't instead of can't(as in american) i thought she could be indian. Either way she is either indian or chaldean.

I heard a similar piece (complete with a man pretending to be an "FOB" - itself a racist term, and no more justified in the mouths of Asians than the N-word is in the mouth of an African American), and it even had him saying "periodical" instead of period, et cetera.
