Vietnam's Carmaker SAMCO Braces For WTO Competition

HANOI, Oct 30 Asia Pulse - SAMCO, a leading carmaker and transportation services provider in the south, has been speeding up investment with the aim of raising its competitiveness in preparation for Vietnam's accession to World Trade Organisation (WTO).

The Saigon Transportation Mechanical Corporation is working on a project to build the Hoa Phu automobile mechanical industrial complex in Ho Chi Minh City's Cu Chi district, according to its General Director, Nguyen Tien Dung.
