it is north and east
its old. it was settled first by the europeans. a lot of the architecture and city planning is based on european design. thats why the entire area is called the new england states. more urban life and less suburban sprawl.

overrated in my opinion. I was in Baltimore for a few months. It was actually a nice place.

Baltimore? I don't call that a city. Nothing goes on there.
NYC is where all types of art, culture and things go on.
