What do y ou think is the right way. one religion or multiple religions. I know this dude (fillipino and indian) who thinks that we all should just follow the religioni we're born into. If that was the case then none of the religions would have grown to the size they are today. We will still be living in pagan times. Anyway as regards to spirtiualism im probably not as advanced as some of you guys. I know people in south asia take their religion more seriously than in any other part of the globe. So what are your thoughts on this issue.

Follow whatever you feel is right and live a peaceful and happy life. I don't think any religions are wrong, nor do I think there is a "right way". Imo, existence is much more complex and simpler than that

The Pashtun and Baluchi minorities in Western Pakistan are Middle Eastern. The majority who live in Eastern Pakistan (Punjabis, Sindhis, Kashmiris, etc.) are South Asian.

I've heard Pakistani Punjabis, Sindhis and Kashmiris call themselves Middle-Eastern. I asked them why, and they said "Because we're Muslim and not Indian."

They don't mark "Asian" on forms. They mark other.

In my community college, Pakistanis would talk non-stop about how hot arab girls were, how they got mistaken for arabs everyday, and how they wished they could marry one.

If people are still around in a thousand years, I'm pretty sure only the most backward parts of society will be interested in actually practicing any sort of religon.

Um....I think the folks there are rejects. But pakistanis I know don't like them. And i know quite a few, around - 30-40. So, I am going to take the opinion of 30-40 pakistanis over some forum. Besides I live in Mich, this place has got the highest number of arabs.

So, why don't they like them?

One of the reasons I guess was becoz arabs think they are better than them and truer muslims - something along those lines and more.

My friend told me that too about how they're snobby towards South Asian Muslims, but he still rambled on about how Arab girls are goddeses and how he gets mistaken for one all the time.

There are quite a few good looking arabic girls minus the big noses, for which all of them go under knife !

Some Arabs have hooked noses and some don't. Arabs are a heterogeneous ethnic group (a majority were Arabicized), hence they have a wide variety of physical features.

You UKer's have the advantage of everybody labeling you under "Asian," so nobody mistakes you for a middle-easterner.

Since a lot of non-South Asians in America think that we're middle-easterners, maybe Pakistani-Americans find it more easier to get away with labeling themselves that.

In America, most hate crimes targetting Arabs or other Middle-Easterners end up being carried out on Indians.

It's the same $hit to them. We had an Indian family friend that got spit on at her college after 9/11, and this girl went to a top well-renowned college.

Considering how long had people been around on the planet and something made ya think people won't be around for an other millennium . What was it ?

In no other point in human history have had the capabibility to make human life inhospitable ont his planet( ie nuclear weapons and enviromental degredation).
