'I am madly in love with her', says groom Hemal Thakkar on bride Cleo Isaacs

Model and actor Cleo Isaacs has tied the knot with businessman Hemal Thakkar. The quiet ceremony performed according to Hindu rites took place on Saturday, April 30.

It was love at first sight for Hemal, but Cleo wanted to wait a few weeks before she decided to say "yes". "I did not want to rush into anything without getting to know him first. I spent five weeks with him before we got married," says Cleo.

So how did Cupid strike? "We met through a pandit," reveals Cleo who's decided that Bollywood now takes a back seat. She has returned the signing amount of a movie she was doing. "I've spoken to the director and excused myself out of the film," she says.

"I met Gangajal, a well-known pandit," reveals Cleo, throwing light on how it all began. "He saw my kundli and said it was a perfect match to, someone he knew well. He wanted me to meet him once and when we did meet, for Hemal, it was marriage at first sight."

Both Cleo and Hemal are planning a big bash in three weeks, for which preparations are already on. "We want to plan it properly," says Cleo who is ready to start a family! "We both want to have babies," she gushes.

As for the groom, he says, "I'm madly in love with her and I am totally elated to be married to her.'
